Managed plans use a 12-month agreement. A new website is separate from monthly and setup fees. Third-party platforms, ad spend and applicable taxes are extra. Scope, editing limits, response times, account access and terms are agreed in writing before work begins.

Workload & response windows

We specify platforms, update frequency, editing allowances, reply workload and service hours. Extra work is quoted first; edits are not unlimited.

Website & provider costs

A new website is not included in the monthly or setup fee. Ordering, booking, domains and other provider costs are explained for your particular setup.

Access & delivery

We confirm permissions before accepting platform work. Some delivery is manual; SMS, WhatsApp and automated agents are not automatically activated.

Agreement & results

Managed care uses a 12-month agreement. We record work and available data, without guaranteeing rankings, ratings or sales.

Before we get started.

Can I start with a one-time website project?

Yes. A website project is quoted separately, and you can discuss ongoing care based on your needs.

What if I already have a good website?

We can review specific issues and discuss a bounded repair or suitable care scope. A rebuild is not the default.

When do I pay?

The check-up is free. Project deposits, payment arrangements and the start of managed service are agreed in the quote and contract. This website does not automatically activate a paid subscription.
